I've created a list of 20 beginner-friendly yoga poses to help you improve your flexibility, organized into four groups: Shoulders, Hips, Hamstrings, and Back. Each pose is designed to target specific areas of the body, helping you build strength, flexibility, and balance.

To start, I recommend holding each pose for about 5-10 slow breaths (15-30 seconds). As you get more comfortable with each pose, you can increase your hold time. Remember to listen to your body and only go as far as feels comfortable - don't push yourself too hard!

One of the most important things to remember is that flexibility doesn't just come naturally to some people. It takes dedication, patience, and persistence. I've seen many 'naturally flexible' people who have simply put in the work to achieve their goals.

In fact, even those who appear effortlessly bendy often have a secret: they've worked hard to get there! So don't be discouraged if you're not as flexible as someone else - with time and effort, anyone can improve.
